Network disconnecting on win 2003 Entreprise Edition Network XP wr

I have a windows 2003 entreprise edition with about 10 win2k Pro workstation
who was working fine until I bought 2 new machine with XPSP2 pre installed.
If they stay connected to the network and are inactive for more than 30
minutes the network connection (access to any shared folder on win 2003
server) is lost. THIS IS NOT a WIRELESS CONNECTION. Machine can still browse
the internet and will give me an error message if I try to access a mapped
drived. Please help my web and FTP servers are on 1 of the XP new machines.
