Any ideas if there are any free tools to find all the devices connected
on the network like IP address of workstations and printers etc!

You can find software that will scan your local network (not the
Internet) and will give you a list of IP addresses that are active on
your network. Then, you will need to locate the device type by
accessing the IP address.
