How can I set my Ethernet connection as the primary
connection for Internet and Local Networks and the
Wireless connection as the secondary. My wireless
connection seems to be the primary because every time I go
to the internet or to any resource in the office the
wireless icon lights up.

Gustavo,

Automatic metric should work if you are running Windows XP:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=299540

If it doesn't work as described, or if you wish to override automatic metric,
under TCP/IP Properties - Advanced, for each connection, disable Automatic
metric. Assign a 20 to the Ethernet connection, and a 30 to the wireless
connection.

Cheers,
Chuck
Paranoia comes from experience - and is not necessarily a bad thing.
