I have several problems all connected to my network
connections folder.
1. when accessing Network connections folder my computer
freezes for a time before entering
2. once in the folder my network connection icon has
disappeared
3. i cannot create a new connection as all buttons in pop
up are grey
4. 'connect to' button missing from start menu' so the
only way i can connect to internet is via my mail program
5. once on the net icon does not appear in task bar so
the only way to disconnect is by shutting computer down.
6. The other 2 profiles on my computer can not logon

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks
Andrew

Someone may have applied a security restriction policy on
your account. Are you still an admin of the PC? Does
your network have a domain controller? Are you running
reputable antivirus software and keeping the signature
files up to date? Please tell me your keeping current
with ALL of the Windows security updates.

If yes to all, try running the OS recovery by booting off
the WinXP CD. Just follow the instructions.
