network connections in control panel

I am trying to get network connections icon and the
associated tools the control panel. I am unable to find
it in the component list. Can someone lead me in the
right direction?

Terry,

Add the "Netshell" component. If you can't see it turn your visibility to
100 in Tools>Options>Component Visibility.
