Network Connection

Hello,

Trying to network two PCs (one with XP HE and the other with XP Pro). I
have tried the Wizard but neither PC recognizes the other. I am using a
Comtrend ADSL router (AOL). The TCP/IP is set to automatic.

Also tried with a firewire connection - though both recognize the connection
they do not see each other. Tried this for the extra bandwidth to transfer
some very large files.

Also tried to set up file sharing to no success.

Without the correct setting of the Sharing it would not work.
