Network connection of XP Professional to NT Server

I received a brand new DELL with XP Professional
preloaded. I am having difficulties to connect it to a NT
Server using a domain. There is no other PC with the same
computer name in the network environment. The Network
wizard doesn't like either the user id or password I
enter. It prompts me with computer name and computer
domain which may be different than domain. Any idea what
I am doing wrong?

Start/control panal/ users...

Make sure you have administrative rights....

Another suggestion... Right click on the icon MY COMPUTER
and click on properties then computer names... and see if
its spelled right.... under the option to change the
computer domain
