network browsing

hello,

i have a problem with a win2k professional. the pc is
joined to the domain. the client logs on localy. two days
ago, he couldn't brows the domain. When he clicks my
network places ,entire network, entire content, ms win
network, (domain icon), he gets a message saying the
server is not configured for transactions.

i need help ASAP.

searches for a pc, he finds it and must provide username
and password!
Also, when i logon as any other domain user i browse
normaly.
i need help ASAP.
