network (again)

network with two pcs
on client i see both pcs, but when i try to acces the
other pc i get this message:
\\other computer is not accessible. you might not have
permission to use this network resource. contact the
administrator of this server to find out if you have
accesspermissions.
the network path was not found.

on the host, i can't see any pc, and get this message:
Mshome is not accessible. you might not have the
permission to use this network resource. contact het
administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permissions.
the list of servers for this workgroup is not currently
available.

Are your users administrators? do the names match. or are
the user names located on both computers
