Network Administration Database Program

I have a need for a type of database program (maybe written in access) that I
can use to keep track of customers that I do network administration for. For
example, if a company outsources their I.T. work to me, I need a way to track
all the info including keeping a log of service calls, and generating a
monthly (or quarterly) report of work performed. Does anyone have any leads
on where I can look?
