Network adapter work

If I want to use network with my XP embedded.
What's component I need to add...

I create the network adapter component..
and import into the database...

I had add the network adapter and it's driver too...

Does it work now?
How do you know that it does not work? (What pieces of functionality are missing, like drivers not working or you don't know how to
share disk?)

I'm a "newbie" but I'd suggest adding

Software : System : Networking & Communications :Basic TCP/IP Networking

You will also probably want to add
Software : System : Networking & Communications : Applications: TCP/IP
Utilities

to get ipconfig, ping, etc for testing and debug
