Network access

I have two computers networked together, both running Windows XP
Professional, SP2. When I open Network Places and View Workgroup Computers on
either machine, both computers show up as being on the network. Computer1 can
access computer2 but computer2 cannot access computer1. Any thoughts? It is a
wired (ethernet) network and file and print sharing is enabled. This is e
rcent development, There used to be access both ways. Thnkk you.

With XP SP2, Windows Firewall is always a candidate for this sort of problem.

If not a firewall problem, I'd bet on a browser conflict - use browstat to
diagnose this.

If that's not it either, then post diagnostics here.
