Network access problem

I have 4 computers on a network I can access 3 of them from each computer one
I can't access I used to be able to but something happened. I read tons of
threads here tried many things suggested here but can't get it to work.

Here is the message I get.

\\evqanxp is not accessible. you might not have permission to use this
network resource, Contact administrator of this server to find if you have
access permission.

The semaphole timeout period has expired.

Please help I have been working on this for over 8hrs.

Hello friends I am Deepak here and I am using win xp home on my laptop.

I changed my Ip to be able to connect to my lan at my home.Today morning I
tired re configuring it to my office ip.
Though other computer on the lan are able to ping me I can't ping them.
I tried disabling the firewall no solution was reached by this.

My Lan is a simple peer to peer system. I am unable to connect to my main
file server.
I have no domain controller.

Eagerly waiting for a reply.
