NetWare 5.0 files copied to Windows 2000 server

Recently I have copied all my data files from Novell
NetWare 5.0 to Windows 2000 server. When I open the file
it says file is Read only. I can open all the files but
can not save the files because of read only. How to
remove Read Only flag from each files from windows 2000
server.
