Hi , from the cmd line I am trying to see what connections I have to
my pc using netstat -a. There is one connection I can see on a port,
but I want to know at what time and date the connection was made. How
can I do this please?

It's if's going to show it, it'll either be in your firewall log or
the event viewer depending on if there's an app or process associated
to the connection.
