NetSky virus: Reinstall Win XP Service Pack 1

Like most organizations we too got hit with the NetSky
virus. For the most part we have been able to be rid of
it with the exception of a few machines that required Win
XP SP1 to be reinstalled. Of those, only a handful get
the following error: "Setup could not verify the
integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer."

The service is running. Tried stopping and restarting.
And yes, I am an Administrator...When OK is clicked on
the message box the install terminates. Is their another
way to install the XP SP1 to repair the files that the
virus affected on the OS??? Please help..
