Netscape

How do I get Web pages that I do in FP 2002 to show
properly in Netscape? The site I'm working on looks fine
in Explorer, but does not translate well in Netscape.
One of the JPEG's does not show at all and one of the web
effects does not operate in Netscape. Outside of the
background color on an incert text box, everything else
is fine.

The same way you would in any editor. Learn what works, and doesn't work, in
the various browsers and proceed accordingly.

To assist you in getting the best answers for FrontPage support see:

.
The URL is coyotevibe.com. The index1.htm page should
show a marquee effect exactly like the one on the
contact.htm page.

The marquee tag is not supported in NS browsers.

Most of your images, etc, point back to your local HD, which means that you have been working with
your pages without first opening the web that the pages are in.
