Netscape to Outlook

Hi, I just purchased a PC and would like to convert from
Netscape to Outlook. On my old PC, I have Windows 98,
Netscape 6x --> going to Windows XP Home and Outlook 2003.
I'm looking for tools and step-by-step instructions for a
smooth conversion. Any help will be very much appreciated.
