Netscape 7.0 Browser

My Netscape browser(7.0) keeps launching after XP startup and every 30
seconds or so constantly while on the computer. I have reinstalled Netscape
(7.0) twice
with same result. I only want it to launch if I launch my dialer. I have
checked the
settings in the dialer and they are set to not launch browser on startup. I
checked
the settings under startup under msconfig and everything is ok here also.

Any idea what process is running every 30 seconds or so, and launching Netscape?

If not, Process Explorer (free) from
<http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml> may help. Provides
way more information than Task Manager. In some cases, it may actually identify
the process that is starting Netscape.
