I am having trouble. I have both ip address. I have windows xp the other
user has windows 98. When we hit call on either end we cant connect. I need
help on how to do this. I would think this would be fairly simple. Thanks

If you are using a router, you need to configure it to allow access. Try
connecting directly without the router (temporarily) to see if that resolves
your problems.
