Windows XP does have NetMeeting, it's just not advertised
well. Go to C:\Program Files\NetMeeting\ and run conf.exe.
That's a first-time setup utility for NetMeeting. It may
create a new executable. After that, just make a shortcut
to the main NetMeeting executable, where ever it's most
convenient for you. (I'm not sure why MS removed it from
the start menu.)
