netmeeting problem

Dear everyone, i need some help or advice about my
problem. i am currently using win XP professional. my pc
will completely freeze after using the netmeeting or msn
web cam service for few minutes. does anyone know what
casues this problem. BIG THANKS!

The most likely cause is a flaw in the capture drivers for the camera ( or
perhaps the sound card?). Do you have the latest drivers to match your OS
for both devices?
