In my event viewer --> system log, I got the following
error message:

The computer <computername> tried to connect to the
server <servername> using the trust relationship
established by the <domainname> domain. However, the
computer lost the correct security identifier (SID) when
the domain was reconfigured. Reestablish the trust
relationship.

How do I solve the above matter?

If <computername> is a Windows client PC (Professional, XP) remove it from
the domain and then tell it to rejoin.

If <computername> is a Windows server, then verify the trust relationships
you have in place.
