NetLogon Services - Unable to Start

I was wondering if anyone has encounter problems with starting net logon
services for windows xp. When I try to start the services, I get this error.
"The specified modules could not be found."

I tried reinstalling tcp/ip via deleted winsocks and also ran winsockxpfix
but that also did not work. Running chkdsk /r did not work too.

Does anyone know how to reinstall net logon services????

Why do you need this? Is the workstation service started?
