Netlimiter freeware

Can anyone suggest a freeware software that limit the quantity of bandwidth
for the applications running on your pc... I need to limit my upload and
download rate for more than one application.

Similar to the more known software called NetLimiter.

Neither paid or freeware.. as far as I know.. and I have looked for YEARS.

It is not freeware, it is shareware, but worth the 15$

Shunra nimbus v1.0 Build 10013, but it doesn't have as many options as
NetLimiter, still better than nothing. I run it on a few of my other
computers, and it works a treat.

Some of the better routers (Linksys is one) allow bandwidth limiting
in hardware. (Well, okay, in the firmware of the router.)

Good point but unfortunately, I personally have less choice when
it comes to Windows.
