.netframe 3.5 remote debugging question

Hi,

In my VS 2008 .net 3.5 environment, I can do the remote debugging.
The Server has more than one web applications, application A in on line and
application B is on development.
However, when I do the remote debuggin on application B, the debugging
screen comes out something wrong on application A,
and then the on line application A is dead.
How can that happen?
