NetAdvantage_WinForms crashes

Hi all.


I've just installed the trial version of
NetAdvantage_WinForms_20082_CLR20_Product.exe

plus created Visual Studio Toolbox Tab and tried to use some of
components (just dragged one and dropped on form) in existing C#
project, though it just keeps crashing VS when launching the project.
Any thoughts what else needs to be configured before it'll work sleek?
The project works with VS 2008, win XP x64, CLR 3.5.

I've just spotted that this all happens owing to the following reference:
Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinGrid.v8.2

Once it's removed it stops crashing. Any ideas?
