Net Working Wizard

In the process of using the Network ID Wizard I selected Option 2: "This
computer is for home use and is not part of a business network." with no
additional options to back-out. Now, in the "Log On to Windows" box the
domains are not present and user name/password for this "new configuration"
was never created. I can now no longer log in. How can I fix this problem.
 
Ask your work network administrators to help you straighten this out if you
don't have a local administrator login for your PC.
