.Net vs Lotus Notes Development

Hi

I'm taking all opinions/facts on this one I am on the .Net side in
a 'fun' work debate on .Net vs Notes dev. Don't know a thing about
Notes though... Can anyone tell me why .Net dev might be considered
better than Lotus Notes? If you think the other way around - fee free
to contribute to.

Thanks for any help - hope to get lots of good argument

Matt,

You can try this in an office development newsgroup first.

Notes development is more an equivalent to Office development.

In my idea you cannot compare Apples and pears.

With Apples you can do nice computergames while pears are needed to give
light for that in the evening.
