net user username /random and password policies

Hi group,

If I'm in a domain that has a password policy set, for example, all
passwords must be at least six characters, will "net user username /random"
always generate a password that meets that policy? And if the answer is
that "Yes, it will, because /random always generates a password with at
least 8 characters" then what I'm really asking is will it obey any policy.
Like, what if our policy is that our passwords must be 50 characters? Will
net user be aware of this policy and honor it?
