net user command

I set up the net user time command to limit the logons on
my computer. I thought I had changed "Deborah" who is the
administrator to all but must have changed it to never.
None of the other users have access to change "Deborah" or
themselves. How do I get around this to remove the net
user time restrictions?

Try using the default predefined Administrator account,
unless the Deborah account is this predefined just renamed.
