I have used "net send" to send popup-message to XP-client on my LAN.
Can I use "net send" to send broadcast message to XP-computer on many
subnets at the same time ?
If not, are there any other program that I can use thar use services
"messanger" ?

Messenger service (not msn messenger) is disabled by default on XP with SP2.

go to start/run, on XP, and type: ms-its:C:\WINDOWS\Help\ntcmds.chm::/net_send.htm

Sounds like you want:
net send /users "Hi"

Start/run, type: services.msc ,Right-click the service that you want to configure, click Properties. On the General tab, in the
Startup type box, (To restore Alerter service click Manual. To restore Messenger service click Automatic.)

¨Tank's for your answer.
I use "net send" today to send popup-message. OK
My question is if I can use "net send" or any other program to send
broadcast message to my own subnet and other subnets. Have tested "net send
/DOMAIN:domainamme message". Will be sent to my own subnet but not to others.
I use the service=Messanger. OK.

I obviously don't understand your use of the term 'subnet'. Perhaps someone else has some better idea for what you want.

Good luck.
