Can the NET SEND messages be intercepted or logged by the domain admin?

All I know that is the NET SEND messages are logged in your event log.

what do you mean by "intercepted or logged by the domain
admin"? Do you want to notify the admin whenever someone
issue net send? If so, you might want to try to hook an
app with your event log. Whenever you get a new log entry
you check it for net send and then notify the admin.
