.NET Problem?

Whenever I turn off my computer or go to log off my username, I get an End
Program error saying.... .NET BroadcastEventWindow.1.0.5... then underneath
that it goes on to say "This program is not responding", then gives the
option to either End Now or Cancel. Is there any way I can fix this. Thanks.

Does it happen when shutting down from safe mode? If not do some clean
boot troubleshooting to see what program is behind this:
