To reset your Microsoft .NET Passport password
Click I forgot my password.
Type your e-mail address, and then enter the additional requested
information.
Click Continue.
Type the answer to your secret question.
Type your new password, and then retype it.
Click Continue.
Notes
You can also reset your password online using your alternate e-mail address
or subscription billing information.
If you have forgotten your secret answer or were not asked to provide it
during registration, .NET Passport may allow you to reset your password by
e-mail. You will see a Reset your password by e-mail link during the password
reset process if this option is available to you.
If you have a Microsoft subscription that you pay for with a credit card,
and that subscription is associated with your Passport account, you can also
reset your password by providing your billing information.
