.NET on Smartphone 2002

Dear All,

Will a .NET compiled application work on Smartphone2002. Pls clarify. If
not, should I have to upgrade my SP to what version?

You need SP2003. Best ng for SP stuff is this:
microsoft.public.smartphone.developer
