I have been trying to log onto any "ils" (internet lookup
service) server, ie. (ils.microsoft.com) but I keep
getting the message, "There was a problem connecting to
the directory server. You may not be connected to the
network or the server may be busy." I have tried many
attempts on different servers with different settings but
no luck. Need to know what I am doing wrong. Would
appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

I thought MS closed that down. Too much fun.

Any advice given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS. Personal attacks, nitpicking & criticism
of anything but content will NOT be responded too. Those
posters should spend their time taking the test @
