Does XPe SP2 come with .Net 1.0 or 1.1?

What's the difference? XP Pro SP2 doesn't come with .Net framework, so why
does XPe SP2?
 
SP2 with .Net 1.1
if program build with .net 1.0, it also can work with .Net 1.1.
XP SP2 include .Net 1.1,but didn't include in normal setup progress, User
must install it manually.
