.NET Framework Version 2.0 7

I am about to install Expression Web Beta 1 (

) and noticed that it requires .NET Framework Version 2.0 7. Can anyone tell
me if this is already included in Vista RC1?

I don't believe so, but I can't say for sure. You can install .Net 3.0 from
Control Panel | Programs and Features.

Hagar,

Searching my registry values in 5600 (64bit) I was able to find a key
referencing C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v3.0\WPF\PenIMC.dll

So from that path I would assume v3.0 is installed into the system.

The version of .net framework in RC1 build 5728 is 2.0.50727.128

I found this buy Google-ing "net framework version determine" which found an
MS page that tells you how to figure it out.

Rock's right; Control Panel | Programs and Features | Turn Windows features
on or off

Expand Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 and check every box that isn't checked.
Click OK. Should be good to go.
