net framework setup failed

I have a big problem..When i try to install microsoft net framework on my
computer, the setup failed...I try many times but with no luck...
When i install iit on my labtop there is no problems...
Please help me, because i need thet program.

Make sure all traces for older or another version of the Net Framework isn't
present on the Disk or Partition (C:\) or whatever you ill use.
Then Perform Disk Cleaup and delete all the Temp folder on your computer.
If the above didn't help then you may have a corrupted profile try to create
a new one and try the installation, if success then you know the old profile
may damaged or corrupted, so you need to move or copy the data from the Old
one to the new one.

I tryed option 1, but i did not work.
How do i create a new profile??

Hi Meddelin,
Through the Controol Panel >> User Accounts you can create a new account or
eidt an existing one or change the permission for it.
