.NET Framework 3.0 on XPE

Hello,

has anyone already tried to create a component for the .NET Framework 3.0 RC1?
I'm thinking of running an uninstaller tool while installing the framework
on a vm, and than look at the recorded registry and file changes to create a
component.
Is there anything else to consider?
The workflow foundation could be very interesting for embedded applications...

Daniel,

This might not be the answer you a looking for but still worth to mention...

I already had a chance to install and play a little bit with .Net 3.0 RC on XPe. I used fat and heavy XPProEmulation image
(www.xpefiles.com, FP2007, CTP2).
I was able to install WinFX (they've got a nice setup&install there) and to use a few objects of the framework from VS2005 on the
image without any problem. Not extensive testing but it worked for everything I needed.

This was just a prove of concept experiment. Obviously, I didn't bother to create a component just because it is only RC yet.

Hope this info helps.
