.NET Framework 1.1 SDK End User License Agreement

Hello,

The Microsoft website states that you may redistribute the .Net
redistributable package for your applications, subject to a document
entitled the ".NET Framework 1.1 SDK End User License Agreement".

Can someone tell me where this is? I cannot find it in a search of
the Microsoft site (internal search or Google) and the downloaded .exe
file does not prompt you with a license agreement, nor is there one on
the download page that I can see.

I assume they're refering to this one

(On my machine
C:\Program Files\Microsoft .NET\SDK\v1.1\License.txt
