Net Framework 1.1 change start settings, why?

After installing Net Framework 1.1 my startup options change on start and I
get User page, which I must check with mouse cursor for continues work.
Before installing that program, computer run from start to end be prepared
for work.

It adds a user to act as a sandbox, so if something goes wrong with a .net
framework app, it will only have limited access to your system (i.e. it's
not an admin level user).

To restore your old functionality...
Goto Start, Run and type "control userpasswords2"
Then under the users tab, uncheck Users must enter a username/pass to use
this computer"
Then press ok and Enter your username/password

Alternatively, you can use TweakUI for Windows XP to do this.
