.Net Framework 1.1 and 2.0 beta

Hi,
I recently installed the 2.0 beta along with VB.net express and somehow I
can't seem to get my web applications that was developed in version 1.1 to
work properly. Is there a way to make my web applications to work without
uninstalling one of the version?
