hi i cant install the net frame work 1.1 update
here is the infomation from event veiwer

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Windows Update Agent
Event Category: Installation
Event ID: 20

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update
with error 0x80070643: Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1.
