Any idea on when .NET CF 3.0 will be released ?

End of the year more or less.

Based on historical precedence, we know that new versions of the CF have
always shipped with new versions of Studio. New versions of Studio have
been released every 2 years. The last version was in late '05, so I'd say
late '07 is a good guess.
