.NET Book

Can anyone hint one ro two good .NET books?

I have deep experience in C++ and ATL/COM, but .NET seems to be a completely
new platform, so the transition to it is by no means straightforward.

thanks in advance,

Jeffrey Richter, Applied Microsoft .NET Framework Programming is
excellent.

I've only just started Don Box, Essential .NET Volume 1, but that's
good so far too.

Furio:

A useful (maybe even necessary) reference is "Applied MS .NET Framework
Programming", Richter.

Given your experience Furio, I would second that recommendation about Don
Box's latest gem. It will help prevent you falling into various pitfalls and
traps that the CLR can introduce for unsuspecting C++ programmers.
Incidentally, Don's book is subtitled Inside the CLR - it's not a how to
guide for programming .NET.
