.NET Application download

I have a client that we need to send an updated .EXE file to, they can not
recieve .ZIP or .EXE files...

I place the MYAPP.EXE on our website, then tried to download it on our XP
machine the application does not download but executes....

How can I make it download instead of running.

Give them a link to it and they should be able to right-click and say
"Save As..."
