Nesting Problem

Does anyone know how I can get information from a range of cells more than
nine rows?
Example
If a name shows up within a few ranges from range 1 D9 through D20 and or
range 2 D30 through D50 and or range 3 D60 through D80 then enter whatever
is in cell a5.

=IF(OR(COUNTIF(D920,"Name"),COUNTIF(D3050,"Name"),COUNTIF(D6080,"Name")),A5,"")
