I will appreciate help on how to bring several forms into a master form.

Short answer: using Subforms.

Longer answer: You'll have to explain a bit more.

What data do these forms present? How are your tables structured and
related? Do you need to see data from multiple tables simultaneously
on screen, or will a Tab Control letting you switch between subforms
be satisfactory?
